Solar PV Installer – Soledad, CA.

Contract position based out of Soledad, California, Monday–Friday 7:00am–3:30pm.

We are seeking experienced Solar PV Installers for a commercial project on three rooftops at a vineyard, with a total capacity of 1.2MW/300kW battery. The role involves flat‑roof ballast racking and outdoor work.

• Offload materials onto three buildings at the project site.
• Stage the area and begin the process of laying and mounting panels.
• Perform PV installation once all panels are on the roof.
• Manage the wiring of all installed panels.

• At least one year of commercial solar installation experience.
• Experience in Solar PV installation and solar commercial installation.
• Skills in wire management and mounting panels.

The pay range is $28.00 – $31.00 per hour.
