Role Overview
Enjoy a long‑term, self‑employed role with the use of a company vehicle during work hours, working for a respected and well‑established housing provider. This Plasterer role offers weekly pay, immediate starts, and 6–8 weeks of consistent work supporting a busy backlog team within social housing domestic properties.
You’ll be working for a major social housing contractor in the Solihull area, known for providing reliable work and a strong team environment. This is an organisation where you’ll be valued for your contribution and given stability in your role as a Plasterer.
Responsibilities- Carrying out plastering repairs and maintenance within occupied domestic properties
- Completing basic carpentry duties
- Undertaking minor plumbing repairs
- Completing basic tiling works to a good standard
- Supporting the backlog repairs team across social housing properties
- Ensuring all work is completed safely and professionally
- Previous experience working within social housing or domestic properties
- A full UK driving licence
- Experience completing plastering alongside basic multi‑trade duties
- The ability to work independently and manage daily workloads
- £21 per hour
- Weekly pay
- Immediate starts available
- Use of a company vehicle during work hours

Based in Solihull, this role offers excellent access across the West Midlands via the M42, M6, and A45, making travel between properties straightforward using the provided company vehicle during working hours.
