This Multi Trade Operative role offers consistent work, an ongoing contract, and the opportunity to start within the next two weeks.
You’ll be working for an established contractor in the Solihull area, known for delivering high-quality responsive repairs across social housing properties. You’ll be part of an experienced team with a reliable workload and long-term stability in your role as a Multi Trade Operative.

I’d love to see CVs from anyone who has worked as a Carpenter, Joiner, Property Maintenance Operative or in a similar construction-related role.
As a Multi Trade Operative you will be:
Carrying out a wide range of carpentry repairs and maintenance
Completing basic plumbing repairs where required
Undertaking occasional patch plastering
Working within occupied social housing properties
Delivering high-quality responsive repairs across Solihull and the surrounding areasI’d love to speak to anyone who has:
A full UK driving licence with a maximum of 6 points
Their own van and tools
Previous experience working within social housing
Strong carpentry experience
Basic plumbing skills
Patch plastering experience, although this is beneficial rather than essential
