Looking for a Master Technician role offering £39,000–£45,000 basic, £55,000+ OTE, uncapped bonus and paid overtime

We are recruiting for an experienced Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician to join a busy main dealership workshop in Solihull. Applicants must hold a Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair, have strong advanced diagnostic experience, hold a Full UK Driving Licence and have the right to work in the UK. Master Technician status or equivalent high-level accreditation is required.
Location: Solihull
Salary: £39,000 – £45,000 Basic
OTE: £55,000+
Bonus: Uncapped
Additional Pay: £125 per month uplift for MOT-qualified Technicians
Hours: Full Time | Paid overtime including Saturdays

- Carry out complex repairs and technical work
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical and electronic faults
- Complete vehicle health checks and identify additional repair work
- Work closely with the Workshop Controller to maintain productivity
- Complete accurate job cards and technical reports
- Support workshop quality standards and other Technicians where required
- Master Technician status or equivalent high-level technical accreditation
- Level 3 qualification in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent
- Proven experience in advanced diagnostics and complex vehicle repairs
Previous experience as a Master Technician, Diagnostic Technician or Senior Vehicle Technician - Strong technical and fault-finding skills
- Ability to support and mentor other workshop Technicians
- MOT Tester Licence is desirable but not essential
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Right to work in the UK
