We’re currently recruiting for a permanent Electrician to join a busy responsive repairs and maintenance team, covering social housing properties across Stratford-upon-Avon and surrounding areas.
The Role- Salary: £40,000 5% annual bonus
- Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–4:30pm
- On-call: Approx. 1 week in every 5–6 weeks, with additional payment
- Company van, fuel card, PPE & power tools provided
- Working across responsive repairs, maintenance, EICRs and remedial works
- Full UK driving licence required
- NVQ Level 3 Electrical (2356) with AM2
- 18th Edition
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 points)
- Able to pass a Basic DBS check
- Experience with in domestic/social housing or responsive repairs is highly desirable
- 25 days annual leave bank holidays birthday off
