Senior Accountant

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Accountant to join our growing finance team. This role is a hands‑on contributor to our month‑end close process and will play an integral part in strengthening our accounting operations, data integrity, and reporting capabilities within our Acumatica ERP environment.

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA or CPA candidate preferred.
• 4–7 years of progressive accounting experience; manufacturing industry experience strongly preferred.
• Demonstrated experience owning month‑end close activities from journal entries through final reporting.
• Hands‑on experience with Acumatica ERP highly preferred; comparable mid‑market ERP (Net Suite, Sage, Epicor) considered.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Working knowledge of cost accounting fundamentals including COGS, inventory valuation, and manufacturing variances.

• Own and execute month‑end close activities including journal entries, account reconciliations, and variance analysis, consistently meeting close deadlines.
• Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts with particular attention to COGS, inventory, and manufacturing‑related accounts.
• Support multi‑entity consolidation entries across US and China entities.
• Prepare and analyze financial reports and schedules to support management reporting and audit preparation.
• Identify and investigate GL exceptions and discrepancies, including cost accounting anomalies, and drive resolution.
• Assist in developing and maintaining accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Collaborate with the Controller and VP of Finance on process improvement initiatives and ERP optimization within Acumatica.
• Support external audit and tax preparation requests by providing accurate, well‑documented work papers.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Operations and Supply Chain on inventory costing and manufacturing cost flows.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office products, particularly Excel.
• Acumatica ERP experience highly preferred; comparable mid‑market ERP considered.
• Working knowledge of US GAAP as applied in a manufacturing environment.
• Familiarity with multi‑entity and intercompany accounting a plus.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize workload, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong analytical mindset, high attention to detail, and ability to manage competing deadlines.

• Ability to work at a desk and computer workstation for extended periods.
• Occasional access to production and warehouse areas may be required; PPE required in designated areas.
