Timekeeping & Payroll Coordinator

Our client, a leading organization in the financial services industry, is seeking a Payroll Coordinator to join their team. As a Payroll Coordinator, you will be part of the payroll operations supporting the HR and Finance departments. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Payroll Coordinator

Location:Solon, OH / Hybrid

Pay Range: $18/HR- $21/HR

What's the Job?

• Provide operational support for payroll tax and garnishment administration activities.
• Manage receipt, sorting, processing, scanning, and forwarding of payroll-related mail.
• Accurately execute garnishment and tax setup and maintenance activities following established procedures.
• Enter and update garnishments in the SAP payroll system, ensuring data accuracy.
• Assist with vendor or agency setup requests and support payroll tax tasks as needed.

What's Needed?

• Experience handling high volume, time-sensitive mail or document processing.
• Working knowledge of wage garnishment concepts and terminology.
• Experience with SAP Payroll or similar payroll systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented procedures.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to maintain confidentiality.
