Role Description

This is a full‑time, on‑site position located in Solon, OH, for a Salon Operations Manager. The Salon Operations Manager will oversee daily salon operations, including scheduling team members, ensuring exceptional client experiences, inventory management, and maintaining a clean and organized space. Responsibilities also include coaching and motivating team members, resolving client concerns, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, and collaborating with leadership to achieve business objectives.

Qualifications
  • Leadership and team management skills, including experience in supervising and motivating staff
  • Strong organizational skills for maintaining schedules, inventory, and operational efficiency
  • Customer service and interpersonal communication skills to ensure client satisfaction and resolve concerns
  • Knowledge of salon health and safety regulations and best practices
  • Experience in sales or business development, particularly within salon or service industries
  • Proficiency in computer software and tools for scheduling, inventory, and operational reporting
  • Flexibility to adapt to diverse client and team needs, as well as a problem‑solving mindset
  • Previous experience in the salon, retail, or hospitality industries is a plus
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; a degree in business, hospitality, or a related field is an advantage
