We are seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Client Service Professional to join our growing team in Solon, Ohio. This role is essential to maintaining consistent customer coverage during posted business hours and supporting our sales and technical teams.

Responsibilities
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone and email
  • Process customer orders, quotes and account updates
  • Maintain continuous coverage during scheduled business hours
  • Monitor and manage queue-based customer requests
  • Coordinate availability and elevate proactively when coverage is at risk
  • Support sales and technical teams with administrative and client follow‑up tasks
  • Assist with trade show and conference preparation as needed
  • Follow defined service and escalation procedures
  • Make every customer's experience an awesome one
