NTG is seeking a Quality Process Engineer driving product quality, process improvements, and continuous improvement for a manufacturing client in the Solon, Ohio area. Seeking a candidate with 3-6 years of experience. Must be local to Ohio to be consider.
The ideal candidate will need experience in non-conformances, root cause analysis, lean initiatives, and ISO 9001 compliance, collaborating across manufacturing, R&D, engineering, and vendors.
Requirements:
- Experience in Quality or Process Engineering, Minimum of 2-3 years
- Strong problem-solving, lean, and quality improvement skills
- Collaborative mindset and results-driven approach
