Join a growing team supporting the expansion of Pac Sci EMC's electronics manufacturing and test capabilities at our new Solon, Ohio facility. This position offers a unique opportunity to support a new site launch while building skills that can lead to future opportunities within advanced testing, engineering support, and Test Engineering career paths.

What You Bring

• 5+ years as a Test Technician, ideally in aerospace, defense, or a related high-reliability industry.
• Skilled in using electronic test equipment (voltmeters, oscilloscopes, etc.) and mechanical measuring tools (micrometers, calipers).
• Strong ability to interpret technical drawings and optimize test setups.
• Manual soldering of SMD components and practical troubleshooting skills.
• Proficient with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing and able to travel to the Hollister, CA site up to 75% during the first 90 days (for training).
• High school diploma or equivalent required;
  Associate's degree in a related field or military experience preferred.

This role is subject to ITAR regulations.

Test lab environment with required PPE. Standing for 8–10 hours per day. Ability to lift up to 40 pounds.
