Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership for capital projects
- Maintain visibility to the design process
- Directly manage overall project execution including construction and commissioning
- Coordinate with client and various groups inside and outside the organization
- Monitor design progress and ensure deliverables meet project key components
- Manage adherence to project scope and change approvals
- Manage project budget and provide cost forecasts
- Provide construction management and plant startup assistance as needed
- Support and participate in Nestlé Continuous Excellence (NCE) and Total Performance Management (TPM)
- Bachelor’s degree within engineering
- Minimum 7 years of related work experience in a manufacturing environment
- 7+ years of experience managing capital projects with increasing responsibility and complexity
- Experience using SAP and/or Microsoft Project
- Preferred TPM experience
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Food Processing experience
- Lean/Sigma experience is a plus
