Very reputable manufacturing company located in Solon is looking for a Senior FP&A Manager for an immediate need. Position pays between $140,000 - $170,000 with a 30% bonus and excellent benefits. This is a highly visible role with excellent upward mobility.
RESPONSIBILITIES Financial/Strategic Planning- P&L, BS, CF long and short term planning processes
- Lead closing process to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting
- Lead the development of annual operating plans & 5 year strategic plan
- Help to drive improvement in reporting of results to senior leadership team
- Conduct business/profitability analysis and assessment of decisions on financial and business results
Responsible for the consolidation of all the reporting departments within US operations
Conduct data analytics and reporting- Build and maintain KPI metrics
- Report findings to executive leadership and board
Provide valuation, due diligence and integration support for business development activities
Requires coordination and interaction with internal & external audits
Must have high level of systems capabilities:- SAP, Oracle or other large ERP system
- Excel
- Power BI
- BPC, HFM or other Financial Consolidation tools
- Power Point
- Manufacturing/cost experience is a MUST
- Undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance or Business Administration
- CPA or MBA preferred
- 8+ years of accounting and corporate FP&A experience (with increasing level of responsibility)
- Experience with a publicly traded company highly desired
- Strong financial modeling & organization skills
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Strong business acumen, analytical skills, and problem solving skills
- Business partnering
- Demonstrated internal control experience
