Trade Finance Support Analyst

Our client is seeking a Trade Finance Support Analyst to join their team. As a Trade Finance Support Analyst, you will be part of the Finance Department supporting the Trade Operations team. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate effectively, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Trade Finance Support Analyst

Location: Solon, OH - HYBRID

• Support sales and finance teams by ensuring accurate data entry and validation of financial transactions.
• Reconcile trade activities and deliver timely reports and insights to stakeholders.
• Manage system updates, maintain compliance, and ensure accuracy across trade processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including CAM/DSM, Field Finance, and Account Managers to execute trade programs seamlessly.
• Assist in forecasting, planning, and reviewing trade activities to identify trends and gaps.

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (minimum of 4 years).
• 1-2 years of experience in Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Sales, or Sales Support.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• High attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
