Compensation:
Commission per completed service + 100% of tips (earnings vary based on schedule and client load)

• Provide customized, client-centered sessions (Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, etc.)
• Support clients through therapeutic, results-driven bodywork
• Educate clients on aftercare and wellness practices
• Maintain SOAP notes and comply with state board requirements
• Uphold high standards of professionalism, ethics, and cleanliness
• Bring your own technique, style, and approach within a supportive environment

• Maintain an active state license in good standing
• Carry current professional liability insurance
• Manage your schedule and availability
• Provide your own preferred tools/products (if applicable)
• Operate with autonomy while aligning with Body Oasis standards and client experience
