This position MUST be able to work on the east side of Cleveland, all training will be conducted in Solon, OH (44139). This position reports to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. New hires are required to be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician upon hire. On-site training available!
JOB SCOPE- Be On Time/Punctual for all Scheduled Appointments
- Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
- Commitment to behavior intervention plans designed by the Behavior Analyst
- Teaches a wide range of skills including language, social, academic, and cognitive skills.
- Collect and record data.
- Collaboration with team members.
- Contrive motivation for your kiddos to encourage growth and development
- Attend Quarterly Staff Training Summits and any other team meetings set with ample notice.

- Minimum of a high school diploma (required)
- 1+ years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other learning deficits (preferred)
- Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician for 1+ years or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire (required)
