Registered Behavior Technician

• Base Pay $17.00 - $25.00 / Hour

This position MUST be able to work on the east side of Cleveland, all training will be conducted in Solon, OH (44139). This position reports to a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. New hires are required to be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician upon hire. On-site training available!

• Be On Time/Punctual for all Scheduled Appointments
• Strong Communication Skills both verbal and written.
• Commitment to behavior intervention plans designed by the Behavior Analyst
• Teaches a wide range of skills including language, social, academic, and cognitive skills.
• Collect and record data.
• Collaboration with team members.
• Contrive motivation for your kiddos to encourage growth and development
• Attend Quarterly Staff Training Summits and any other team meetings set with ample notice.

• Minimum of a high school diploma (required)
• 1+ years working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder or other learning deficits (preferred)
• Must be certified as a Registered Behavior Technician for 1+ years or willing to obtain certification within 90 days of hire (required)

Autism Services for Progress and Results! Epicenter provides Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services in patients' homes, their schools, our very own clinic, and other community settings.
