Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) help support adults with developmental disabilities who live in our Cuyahoga County Group Homes. As a DSP, you will help people with their daily needs and be a friendly, reliable person they see and trust each day.

Openings
  • Direct Support Professional (DSP)
  • Duties:
    Help with everyday living skills such as cleaning, cooking, bathing, getting dressed, and eating. Provides transportation to and from activities and medical appointments.
  • Schedule:

    Part-Time or Full-Time, every other weekend/holiday required
    • 1st Shift

      Schedule:

      6am - 2pm
    • 2nd Shift

      Schedule:

      2pm - 10pm
    • 3rd Shift

      Schedule:

      6pm - 6am
  • Location Options:
    Solon or Oakwood Village, Ohio

Qualifications
  • High School Diploma/GED
  • Ohio Driver's License with less than 6 points
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Previous direct care experience preferred
