The Talent Lead acts as a strategic connector between HR Business Partners and talent management specialists, ensuring alignment of talent strategies with broader business goals. This role is responsible for leading, integrating, and optimizing talent management initiatives across the enterprise. With a focus on data-driven solutions, change enablement, and capability building, the Talent Lead partners with stakeholders to design and deploy impactful talent interventions, enabling sustainable growth, performance, and engagement across the organization.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities Strategic Talent Integration- Serve as the primary liaison between HRBPs and talent management specialists to ensure cohesive delivery of talent solutions.
- Collaborate with Operations HRBPs to assess workforce and leadership needs and co-create talent strategies and interventions that support business priorities.
- Integrate organizational and talent development solutions across teams, functions, and geographies to drive consistency, scalability, and business outcomes.
- Provide consultation and thought leadership on workforce planning and design, organizational effectiveness, assessments, performance, competency development, succession and engagement.
- Leverage data and analytics (e.g., engagement surveys, performance metrics, turnover trends) to inform and influence talent strategies.
- Design targeted, evidence-based OD and talent interventions aligned with industry best practices and business goals.
- Facilitate workshops, focus groups, and learning events in support of talent initiatives.
- Utilize change leadership tools and methods to support HR facing team with organizational transformation and capability development.
- Build leadership capability to navigate change and enable high-performing, agile teams.
- Drive continuous improvement by evaluating program impact, analyzing effectiveness, and incorporating stakeholder feedback.
- Identify external vendors or consultants to supplement talent solutions as needed, ensuring alignment with culture, goals, and budget.
- Partner with broader HR and communications teams to ensure optimal configuration and utilization of tools like Success Factors, SharePoint or other resources for talent processes.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Organizational Development, Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Business, or a related field.
- Experience: 8+ years of progressive experience in talent management, organizational development, or HR business partnership roles.
- Strong consulting, facilitation, and coaching skills.
- Advanced ability to diagnose and design talent interventions.
- Proficiency with talent platforms (e.g., Success Factors), analytics, and OD frameworks.
- Strong project management and stakeholder engagement capabilities.
- Master’s degree in organizational development, I/O Psychology, or related discipline.
- Experience managing enterprise-wide talent initiatives in a complex, matrixed organization.
