In this role, you’ll play a key part in engaging, and building relationships with candidates and employers while learning the fundamentals of recruiting, talent solutions, and business development in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.

• Candidate Outreach: Engage candidates through phone calls, Linked In messaging, email campaigns, and strategic outreach
• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong candidate pipelines through proactive communication and relationship building

  Assess candidate experience, motivations, skills, and career goals to align with open opportunities
• Communication & Relationship Management: Build trust and maintain professional relationships with candidates and employers throughout the hiring process
• Sales & Influencing: Present opportunities clearly and use persuasive communication to move candidates through the process
• CRM & Process Management: Maintain accurate activity, candidate records, and workflow tracking within Bullhorn
• Training & Development: Participate in ongoing coaching, training sessions, and professional development opportunities

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1+ years of professional experience
• Background in recruiting, sales, business development, customer service, or other relationship‑driven roles
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Competitive, proactive, and motivated by results
• Positive attitude with the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Ability to work onsite in our office located in Solon, OH
• Work from home program (1 day earned per month/up to 12 days per year)
