• Identify and connect with talented professionals through networking, referrals, research, and recruiting platforms.
• Conduct candidate conversations to understand their experience, career goals, and potential fit.
• Build lasting relationships with professionals across specialized industries.
• Develop expertise within a specific market and stay current on industry trends.
• Present qualified candidates and support clients throughout the hiring process.
• Use recruiting technology and CRM tools to manage candidate pipelines and activity.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver an exceptional experience for candidates and clients.
