Compucom Staffing is seeking a qualified Level 2 Desktop Technician to join our client’s team onsite in Solon, OH. You will provide end-user support, acting as the local hands and feet for IT implementations and ongoing support.
The role requires strong Windows desktop support experience and excellent customer service. You will support Desk side and remote users, troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues, and coordinate with IT vendors during deployments.
