Apolis is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide onsite user support in Solon, Ohio. The role focuses on diagnosing hardware and software issues, assisting with Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, Outlook, Teams, printers, and mobile devices, and setting up new workstations.
You will also help manage IT inventory and day-to-day operations to keep the office environment productive. This is a 6+ month contract with onsite schedule Monday through Friday.
