Our client, a leading organization in the technology sector, is seeking an Associate IT User Support to join their team. As an Associate IT User Support, you will be part of the IT Support Department supporting the IT operations at the Solon R&D Site. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, effective communication, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Location:On-site in Solon, Ohio
What's the Job?
- Provide Tier I technical support to end-users via phone, email, Teams, or in-person, ensuring timely resolution of issues.
- Collaborate with other IT teams to resolve complex technical issues and
** escalate
* * problems when necessary. - Coordinate with vendors and third-party service providers to resolve issues and manage repairs or replacements.
- Support initial computer setup for new employees to ensure smooth onboarding.
- Maintain the functionality of IT systems and infrastructure for the site, including hardware, software, and peripherals.
What's Needed?
- Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Business or Technology-related field or IT Certification.
- At least 1 year of hands-on IT/IS experience with relevant system software such as Microsoft Windows, Active Directory, Microsoft Exchange/Outlook, Microsoft Office, Adobe Connect, and Microsoft Teams.
- Strong problem-solving and implementation skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience in inventory management of hardware and software.
