We are looking for a Procurement Manager to ensure efficient, reliable, and standardized procurement execution across all sites
, supporting production continuity and customer commitments.
The role plays a key part in driving supplier performance and operational excellence
, while ensuring strict alignment with sourcing strategies, contracts, and global procurement processes.
Acting as a key interface between suppliers and operations
, you will manage end-to-end execution from purchase order to delivery, with a strong focus on:
- MRP execution
- inventory control
You will also contribute actively to S&OP
, ensuring procurement execution is fully aligned with demand and supply plans.
- Manage and standardize procurement execution across sites (POs, confirmations, expediting)
- Ensure alignment with MRP signals and planning priorities
- Act as a coordination point across sites
- Ensure effective execution of MRP signals (requisitions, rescheduling, cancellations)
- Control inventory levels (safety stock, excess & obsolete, turns)
- Work closely with Planning to balance service level and constraints
- Contribute to parameter optimization (lead time, MOQ, stock)
- Manage confirmations, backlog, and late orders
- Escalate critical topics with sourcing teams
- Secure material availability for operations
- Manage shortages and prioritization across sites
- Anticipate risks via Planning and S&OP interactions
- Ensure consistency of procurement master data
- Maintain strict ERP discipline in execution and transactions
- Track supplier KPIs globally (OTD, backlog, responsiveness)
- Participate in operational reviews for key suppliers
- Escalate structural issues to sourcing
- Lead and develop procurement teams across sites
- Ensure clear prioritization aligned with business needs
- Deploy best practices in procurement and MRP execution
- Improve lead times, inventory turns, and shortage reduction
- Define and track KPIs at network level
- Represent Procurement in S&OP governance
- Provide visibility on supplier constraints and risks
- Ensure alignment with supply and inventory plans
- Bachelor’s degree (Supply Chain, Business, Engineering or related)
- 10+ years of experience in operational procurement (not sourcing)
- Experience in industrial or electrical assembly environments
- Procurement & supply chain operations
- MRP & inventory management
- S&OP processes
- ERP systems
- Cross-site coordination
