** Electronic Assembler
** What You’ll Do
*** Perform complex assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies for aerospace and defense systems.
* Interpret and follow detailed visual aids, engineering drawings, and written instructions to assemble, modify, or rework units.
* Hand-load and solder PCB assemblies, including fine-pitch components, following IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards.
* Identify and repair soldering anomalies, working with both lead and lead-free solder under a microscope.
* Collaborate with engineering and production teams to drive continuous improvement and implement best practices.
* Participate in offsite training to maintain industry certifications as required.
* Actively contribute ideas for process improvement and operational excellence.
** What You Bring
*** High school diploma or equivalent required.
* U.S. citizenship (required due to national security contracts).
* 3–5 years of J-STD soldering experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
* Certification to IPC-J-STD and IPC-D-610 standards (or willingness to obtain).
* Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to identify electronic component values.
* Working knowledge of ESD prevention and product handling.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; a self-starter who can plan, execute, and complete tasks independently.
* Willingness and ability to travel to Hollister, CA up to 75% during the first 90 days for training and onboarding
