Procurement Specialist

We're looking for Procurement professionals experienced in supporting purchasing activities within an ERP-driven manufacturing environment. This hands-on role focuses on managing procurement activities, supporting production requirements, and partnering with internal teams to ensure materials and services are available, cost-effective, and compliant with company standards.

• Coordinate purchasing of raw materials, components, and services to support manufacturing operations
• Review purchase requisitions, issue purchase orders, and track deliveries to meet production schedules
• Communicate with suppliers to obtain quotes, confirm pricing, and manage lead times
• Monitor inventory levels and support material replenishment to avoid shortages or excess stock
• Maintain accurate procurement records, supplier data, and pricing within ERP/MRP systems
• Resolve discrepancies between purchase orders, receipts, and invoices
• Support supplier performance evaluation and continuous improvement efforts
• Collaborate with production, engineering, quality, and finance teams on material needs and changes

• 7+ years of procurement experience, preferably in a manufacturing environment
• Strong understanding of manufacturing supply chains, material planning, and lead times
• Experience working with ERP/MRP systems (Microsoft Dynamics or similar)
• Advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, data analysis)
• Ability to read and interpret BOMs and technical documentation
• Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently

• Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field preferred
