General Labor – Solon, OH – $17/hour – 1st Shift: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM – Contract-to-Hire Opportunity

We are seeking a reliable and motivated General Laborer to join a small, team-oriented manufacturing environment. This is a hands‑on role where you’ll be cross‑trained across multiple areas of the shop, with the opportunity to advance into batch‑making responsibilities.

• Follow batch tickets/recipes to mix materials accurately
• Measure and add ingredients by weight and volume
• Operate mixers, tumblers, and production equipment
• Package, label, and palletize finished products
• Prepare shipments using UPS/Fed Ex systems
• Load/unload raw materials (bags, drums, etc.)
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Assist in other areas of production as needed

• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly
• Comfortable working in a warm, dusty, and chemical‑based environment
• Basic math skills (measurement, quantities, etc.)
• Ability to follow detailed instructions/recipes
• Willingness to learn and work in multiple areas
• Manufacturing experience is a plus, but not required
• Steel‑toe boots required
