• Support shop floor activities by verifying adherence to manufacturing guides, recipes, and run parameters.
• Spot and resolve mechanical or operational issues immediately to prevent nonconformance.
• Audit manufacturing logs and operator sheets to ensure data accuracy and compliance with standard procedures.
• Assist supervisors in reinforcing accountability and onboarding new team members on documentation practices.
• Conduct routine inspections of raw materials, work-in-progress, and final products to verify parameter compliance.
• Log measurement data and analytical results into tracking databases with precision.
• Cross‑check material profiles to prepare documentation for Certificates of Analysis.
• Communicate any material failures or nonconformances to operations leadership promptly.
• Keep testing areas and work zones clean, organized, and hazard‑free.
• Follow all safety regulations and report unsafe conditions immediately.
• Champion workplace organization initiatives such as 5S to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization across all zones.

• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a STEM discipline (preferred).
• Academic focus in Industrial Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, or Chemistry is highly valued.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Excellent communication skills for clear reporting and teamwork.
• Prior experience in manufacturing, quality assurance, or process control is a plus.
