* The Production Manufacturing Manager plays a key role in driving safety, quality, productivity, and continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. This leader will help to continue building a safety-first culture while improving operational performance, employee engagement, and on-time delivery.

** What You'll Do*
* + Lead daily manufacturing operations to achieve safety, quality, productivity, delivery, and inventory goals.

+ Supervise and develop hourly production employees while fostering accountability and teamwork.

+ Drive Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement initiatives.

+ Coordinate production schedules to meet customer demand and operational targets.

+ Partner with Maintenance, EHS, and Quality teams to ensure equipment reliability, compliance, and consistent processes.

+ Identify operational issues and implement long-term improvements related to safety, quality, and efficiency.

+ Utilize ERP systems for inventory management, material planning, and production tracking.

+ Maintain high housekeeping and safety standards throughout the facility.

** What You'll Bring*
* + Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.

+ 3-5+ years of manufacturing leadership experience in a production environment.

+ Experience leading hourly manufacturing teams.

+ Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, and continuous improvement principles.

+ Strong leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

+ ERP system and Microsoft Office experience required.

+ EHS or safety leadership experience is a plus.

** Compensation Information:*
* Pay range for this position is $90k-$105K depending on experience and job history.
