We are a successful Custom Materials and Automotive Services company looking for a dedicated Supervisor to support our 2nd shift team, to ensure safety and product quality to maximize our production efficiency, and to foster a positive team culture.

Work hours are Monday through Thursday, from 4:30 pm to 3:00 am with occasional Friday night hours, when necessary to meet our customer demands.

Duties include but not limited to the following:

• Lead and coordinate all activities related to assigned department.
• Supervise a crew of 20+ employees.
• Manage workflow, define goals, communicate objectives, and monitor team performance.
• Meet daily productivity targets while maintaining quality and safety guidelines.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and organization throughout the department.
• Maintain quality by enforcing ISO QMS.
• Train new hires to help them understand their roles, and job duties.
• Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback to management.
• Resolving employee issues and disputes.
• Create a positive team culture.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office applications.
• Requires strong analytical skills with proficient math, and production tracking.
• Strong work ethic that demonstrates enthusiasm and can-do attitude.
• Ability to communicate with all levels within the company.
• Strong leadership and organizational skills.
• Drug Screening and Background check required.
