Hourly Rate: starting at $21.00 and up. Increase after training. Shift Differential Pay. Paid Weekly.

We are seeking a highly skilled Machine Operator to join our team in Glenwillow. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating and maintaining the extrusion machines to produce high-quality products. You will be expected to follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment. Your attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues will be critical to ensuring the smooth operation of the production process.

Shift: Monday - Friday; 2:00pm
-10:00pm

• High school diploma or equivalent years of experience
• Experience operating extrusion machines or similar equipment
• Ability to read and interpret technical documents and schematics
• Strong attention to detail and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and meet production targets
• Basic Computer Skills

• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles
• Familiarity with quality control processes and procedures
• Experience with SAP or other inventory management systems
• Ability to operate multiple machines and equipment

• Operate and maintain extrusion machines to produce high-quality products
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Monitor production process and troubleshoot and resolve issues as they arise
• Perform routine maintenance on machines to ensure optimal performance
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient production process

As a Machine Operator you will need to read and interpret technical documents and schematics, troubleshoot and resolve issues, and perform routine maintenance on machines. Working in a fast-paced environment and maintaining a high level of quality will be essential to your success in this role.
