Read and follow written work instructions and work orders to meet daily production quotas across different stations;
Perform highly repetitive, seated production work while maintaining focus and accuracy throughout the shift;
Operate production equipment and tools safely and consistently according to training and procedures;
As a Gluing Operator, sit at a dedicated station and apply beads of glue to wires passing through a machine that uses ultraviolet light;
Monitor the quality of glued wires, paying close attention to detail to ensure all products meet established quality standards
