Position Summary
The Cabinet Manufacturing & Finishing Technician is responsible for producing, modifying, and finishing cabinet components in both small- and large-batch production environments. The role involves operating CNC machinery, large-scale commercial painting equipment, and spray booths, while following established work instructions and quality standards.
Primary Responsibilities- Operate CNC machinery to produce parts according to specifications and work instructions.
- Operate painting equipment, including surface preparation, application, and cleanup.
- Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on CNC and painting equipment.
- Ensure all manufactured and finished products meet established quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Safely operate all assigned equipment in compliance with company safety policies and procedures.
- Participate in required meetings and training sessions.
- Perform additional duties as assigned.
- Previous experience in cabinet construction and/or finishing preferred.
- Experience operating CNC machinery preferred.
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
