Maintenance Technician 1st Shift | Direct Hire Solon, OH

Inova is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support a chemical processing facility in Solon. This role focuses on maintaining and troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and piping systems that support production lines, bulk handling, and material movement. The ideal candidate has solid industrial maintenance experience, is comfortable working on older equipment, and is looking for long term stability within a team environment.

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on production and facility equipment
• Troubleshoot and maintain electrical systems up to 480V, 3 phase
• Maintain pumps, bulk tanks, piping systems, and industrial plumbing
• Support conveyor systems, belts, and production line equipment
• Assist with troubleshooting Rockwell PLC controlled equipment
• Maintain and repair older, legacy processing equipment
• Operate a tow motor as needed

• Industrial maintenance experience in a chemical, processing, or manufacturing environment
• Electrical and/or plumbing background
• Hands on experience with 480V, 3 phase electrical systems
• Knowledge of pumps, piping, conveyors, belts, and bulk handling systems
• Familiarity with Rockwell PLCs at a troubleshooting level
• Tow motor experience or ability to be certified
• Strong preventative maintenance and troubleshooting skills

• Approximately 90 percent indoor work, 10 percent outdoor
• No extreme temperature exposure
• Maintenance team of approximately 14 to 15 technicians
