As a manufacturing engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in improving how we manufacture our products—driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost improvements across the plant. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain broad exposure to Lean manufacturing, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration while making a visible impact on daily operations.

- Product, Tooling & Documentation Support
- Systems & Continuous Improvement
- Hands-on ownership of manufacturing and process improvement projects
- Exposure to capital projects and manufacturing system design
- Experience working directly with production teams and operations leadership
- Opportunities to develop Lean expertise and technical depth
- A strong foundation for career growth into advanced manufacturing, process, or operations engineering roles
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- Ideally 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
- Automation, controls and robotics experience preferred
- Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
- Experience supporting process improvements or engineering projects preferred
