As a manufacturing engineer, you'll play a hands-on role in improving how we manufacture our products—driving efficiency, quality, safety, and cost improvements across the plant. This is a great opportunity for an early-career engineer to gain broad exposure to Lean manufacturing, capital projects, and cross-functional collaboration while making a visible impact on daily operations.

YOU HAVE:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
  • Ideally 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment
  • Automation, controls and robotics experience preferred
  • Working knowledge of Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement concepts
  • Experience supporting process improvements or engineering projects preferred
