Production Associate

We are actively hiring for the position of Production Associate for our plant in Solon, OH
.

• 1st Monday to Friday 5:45 AM to 2:15 PM.
• 2nd Monday to Friday 1:45 PM to 10:15 PM.
• 3rd Sunday to Thursday, 9:45 PM to 6:15 AM. ($2.00 differential)

• Works well in a team environment to ensure all customer merchandise is shipped securely and promptly.
• Must be computer savvy and a willingness to learn in-house programs and systems.
• Familiar with Fed Ex, UPS and USPS shipping programs.
• Accurate processing of orders.
• Maintains a safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulations.
• Ensure all equipment, tools, and workstation are in good working order and is free of any safety hazards.
• Must be available for any required overtime based on business needs.
• Must be proactive with completing other duties as assigned.

• High school diploma or GED.
• Familiarity with normal shipping and receiving methods including familiarity with package carriers.
• Self-motivated individuals with the ability to work with minimal supervision and constant direction.
• Commitment to excellence and high-quality standards.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Strong organizational, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage priorities and workflow.
• Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm.
• Acute attention to detail.
• Some computer experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
• Proven ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to work as part of a larger group.
• Ability to understand and follow written and verbal instructions.
