Machine Operator

Shift: 2nd Shift, 3:30pm to 11:30pm

Pay: $19.50/hr

We are seeking machine operators for a long-term opportunity with the potential for full-time hire. This position involves operating plastic injection and assembly machines in a manufacturing environment. The role requires attention to detail, repetitive work, and the ability to stand for extended periods. Employees will be cross-trained and rotated to different stations to ensure variety in daily tasks.

• Operate plastic injection and assembly machines
• Load parts and inspect finished products for quality control
• Communicate qc issues to maintenance technicians
• Work in a structured and repetitive role while maintaining productivity quotas
• Stand for extended periods (some positions may require sitting at rework stations)
• Lift up to 30 lbs as needed

Manufacturing experience required (machine operation or assembly experience preferred). Ability to follow instructions and perform repetitive tasks at a steady pace. Strong communication skills to report quality issues. Mechanical aptitude or prior machine operating experience is a plus. Must be comfortable working in a structured, slower-paced role rather than a high-speed multitasking environment.
