** Why This Role Matters*
* As a Machine Operator B, you play a critical role in ensuring high-quality products are packaged safely, accurately, and efficiently. This position helps drive production performance while maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality, and operational excellence. You will be a key contributor on the production floor, supporting team success, solving equipment issues, and helping develop less experienced operators.

** What You Will Do*
* + Operate, monitor, and troubleshoot packaging and production equipment to meet daily production goals.

+ Perform equipment setup, changeovers, startups, shutdowns, and minor servicing activities.

+ Ensure products meet quality standards by identifying defects and documenting quality observations.

+ Review manufacturing work orders, bills of materials, and special instructions to ensure accurate production.

+ Package finished products, palletize materials, apply labels, and prepare shipments.

+ Operate material handling equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, while following all safety procedures.

+ Maintain accurate production, quality, and inventory records using company systems.

+ Support line clearances, housekeeping activities, and continuous improvement efforts.

+ Promote a strong safety culture by following EHS requirements, submitting safety observations, and recommending improvements.

+ Assist with training, mentoring, and leading Machine Operator C team members as needed.

** What You Will Bring*
* + 1-3 years of manufacturing experience, preferably in automotive, bottling, packaging, or a similar production environment.

+ Strong commitment to workplace safety, quality, and following standard operating procedures.

+ Experience operating manufacturing or packaging equipment.

+ Ability to read and interpret production documentation and work instructions.

+ Basic computer skills and the ability to learn company systems and applications.

+ Ability to perform simple mathematical calculations and maintain accurate records.

+ Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and leadership.

+ Ability to work in a physically active manufacturing environment and lift up to 65 pounds as required.

** Preferred Qualifications*
* + High School Diploma or GED.

+ Forklift certification and experience operating low-lift and sit-down forklift equipment.

+

Experience with packaging, robotic equipment, automated production lines, or manufacturing changeovers.

+ Previous experience training or mentoring production team members.

** Compensation Information:*
* $20.40 - $24.00
