Shift

24/7 nights (6:00 pm – 6:00 am), 5:45 pm – 6:00 am (24/7)

Pay & Total Rewards

The pay range for this position is $18.40‑$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and a 30% shift differential when working an off‑shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

This position comes with a $1,500 sign‑on bonus, payable after your first 30 days worked. You must be actively employed with us at the time of payout to receive the sign‑on bonus. Sign‑on bonus payments are subject to legally required or elected with holdings and applicable federal, state, and local taxes.

Position Summary

As a Level II Machine Operator, you’ll be part of our manufacturing team, producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This role is ideal for an entry‑level machinist who is eager to learn, can work independently, maintain high quality production standards, and recognize when additional support is needed while maintaining a strong focus on safety. You’ll be provided all the tools and gauges necessary to be successful in your role and have the opportunity to learn every day, continuously expanding your technical knowledge and gaining experience working on a variety of machines producing various parts in a clean, modern, temperature‑controlled manufacturing environment.

What

You’ll Do
  • Participate in daily shift start‑up meetings and provide or receive shift handoff reports to set the incoming or outgoing shift up for success.
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
  • Follow standard work instructions and quality plans according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, ring gauges, dial indicators, and smart gauges.
  • Monitor machine outputs, identify quality, machining, tooling, and process issues, and elevate to support associates to resume production.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
  • Document production activities accurately and maintain manufacturing records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.

Required Qualifications
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic math skills, adding and subtracting fractions and decimals.
  • Self‑motivated with an ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment.
Even Better If You Have
  • Machining experience or mechanical background.
  • Experience in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
  • Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
