Assembly/Packaging Operator

Shift: 7:00 PM - 3:00 AM

Job Requirements:

• Steel-toe boots required for orientation (9:00 AM on Tuesday)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, repetitive environment
• Comfortable working in a loud stamping environment
• Good manual dexterity and prior assembly experience
• Flexibility to move between assembly and packing areas as needed
• Self-motivated and detail-oriented
• Open to mandatory overtime and working one Saturday per month if required
• Role involves fast-paced, repetitive tasks such as using basic hand tools for small part assembly and packaging.

Job Description:

• Orientation is mandatory at 9:00 AM on Tuesdays, must wear steel toe work boots!
• Primary duties include small part assembly at a table or packaging parts as they come off of a press
• Must be able to work at fast pace, repetitive work, focusing on precision and speed; job may be standing or sitting depending on the specific job assigned
• Flexibility to switch between assembly and packaging tasks as required.
• Opportunity for overtime hours, including one mandatory Saturday shift per month.

Physical Requirements:

• Role requires fast, repetitive motions using hand tools and packing materials.
• Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with frequent movement between workstations.
