Pay & Total Rewards

Pay range: $18.40‑$25.80 per hour. Additional compensation through overtime and a 10% shift differential for 2nd shift work (3:00 pm ‑ 11:15 pm, Mon‑Fri). A $1,500 sign‑on bonus is payable after 30 days of employment, contingent on continued employment.

Position Summary

As a Level II Machine Operator, you will be part of our manufacturing team producing fluid‑system components that meet the highest quality standards. This entry‑level role is ideal for an eager machinist who can work independently, maintain high quality production standards, and recognize when additional support is needed while maintaining a strong focus on safety.

What You’ll Do
  • Participate in daily shift start‑up meetings and shift handoff reports.
  • Operate and monitor manufacturing equipment according to standard work instructions.
  • Follow standard work instructions and quality plans according to specifications.
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring equipment such as micrometers, calipers, comparators, ring gauges, dial indicators, and other tools.
  • Monitor machine outputs, identify quality, machining, tooling, and process issues, and elevate to support associates.
  • Complete preventative maintenance and routine machine care.
  • Document production activities accurately and maintain manufacturing records.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area while following all safety procedures.
What Makes You Successful

We’re looking for someone who enjoys hands‑on work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, takes pride in producing high‑quality parts, and thrives in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment.

Successful candidates will have:

  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Basic math skills, including addition, subtraction, fractions, and decimals.
  • Self‑motivation and an ability to learn in a fast‑paced environment.

Even better if you have:

  • Machining experience or a mechanical background.
  • Experience in a manufacturing production environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • A willingness to work overtime hours as needed.
Physical Requirements
  • Standing and walking for extended periods.
  • Frequent bending, reaching, and stooping.
  • Lifting materials weighing 25–35 pounds regularly and up to 50 pounds occasionally.
  • Working safely around manufacturing equipment.
  • Passing required vision acuity testing, where applicable.
