Swagelok in Solon, Ohio is seeking an Auxiliary Operator to support manufacturing operations. You will perform basic to complex auxiliary tasks, adjust processes, and keep production on track on a 24/7 day shift (6am–6pm).
The role requires a high school diploma and at least 12 months of experience, plus good mechanical aptitude. You will follow quality guidelines, lean practices, and Swagelok procedures while contributing to a safe, efficient and collaborative team environment.
