2nd shift - 3:00 pm - 1:15 am (Mon-Fri)

Pay & Total Rewards

The pay range for this position is $18.40-$25.80 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off‑shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

Position Summary

As a Level II Clean Room Associate, you’ll assemble, test, and package precision products in a highly controlled environment where safety, quality, and attention to detail matter. You’ll work from clear instructions, operate designated equipment, perform routine checks, and build your skills through hands‑on experience. This role is a strong fit for someone who is dependable, careful with details, comfortable following standard work, and ready to grow in a clean, safety‑focused manufacturing environment.

What

You’ll Do

Your day will include a variety of responsibilities that keep production running safely and efficiently, including:

  • Assemble, package, inspect, and test Swagelok products using standard work and cleanroom practices.
  • Operate designated assembly, packaging, and testing equipment safely and accurately.
  • Verify materials, traceability, and documentation for each job.
  • Complete in-process inspections and recognize routine product or quality concerns.
  • Support basic troubleshooting and elevate issues when additional help is needed.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
  • Recommend simple improvements as you build process knowledge.
What Makes You Successful
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Ability to follow written instructions, standard work, and cleanroom practices.
  • Assembly experience preferred, or demonstrated aptitude for hands‑on work.
  • Ability to assemble, test, inspect, and package product accurately.
  • Ability to recognize basic functional or cosmetic defects.
  • Comfort using basic computer systems, production documents, or SAP.
  • Reliable, detail‑oriented, team‑focused, and committed to safe work.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Regularly use hands for repetitive assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to established departmental limits.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and stoop.
  • Maintain visual focus for detailed inspection and precision assembly work.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements.
