Shift: 3rd shift - 11:00 pm - 7:15 am (Sun-Thurs)
Pay & Total Rewards

The pay range for this position is $22.25-$31.20 per hour, along with additional compensation through overtime and 10% shift differential when working an off-shift. The starting pay offered is based on your skills, experience, and additional qualifications needed for the role.

Position Summary ****

As a Level IV Clean Room Associate, you’ll bring advanced cleanroom assembly knowledge to some of Swagelok’s most complex products and processes. You’ll troubleshoot challenging issues, support advanced testing, train and guide others, and support continuous improvement efforts. In addition, youwillproactivelyfind process improvements and workwith engineering to find solutions. This role is a great opportunity for an experienced associate who wants to be trusted as a technical resource, strengthen product quality, and make a visible impact across the team.

What

You'll Do ****

Your day will include a variety of responsibilities that keep production running safely and efficiently, including:

  • Serve as an advanced cleanroom resource for complex assembly, testing, and troubleshooting.
  • Perform and support complicated builds across multiple product families.
  • Train others on product functionality tests, final assembly requirements, and troubleshooting practices.
  • Resolve advanced issues that affect final assembly, testing, quality, or delivery.
  • Support New Production Order requests and other actions when testing failures occur.
  • Contribute data and process insight for engineering and continuous improvement projects.
  • Help set the standard for safe, accurate, efficient, and high-quality work.
What Makes You Successful
  • High school diploma or GED.
  • Strong cleanroom or precision assembly experience.
  • Ability to work independently on complex products, processes, and testing requirements.
  • Skill reading and following work instructions, quality plans, and standard work.
  • Experience using measuring tools and recognizing functional or cosmetic defects.
  • Ability to document work accurately and maintain product traceability.
  • Strong troubleshooting ability with a focus on safety, quality, and cleanliness.
  • Ability to support, coach, or train others in advanced assembly or testing practices.
Physical Requirements
  • Frequently stand and walk throughout the shift.
  • Regularly use hands for repetitive assembly tasks requiring manual dexterity.
  • Lift, carry, push, and pull materials weighing up to established departmental limits.
  • Occasionally bend, reach, twist, and stoop.
  • Maintain visual focus for detailed inspection and precision assembly work.
  • Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow all safety requirements.
