If yes, you’ll feel right at home fabricating, assembling, testing, and validating advanced fuel cell components and systems that move clean-energy technologies toward real-world deployment.
What you’ll do Fabricate, assemble, and process advanced fuel cell components in a hands-on lab setting.
Prepare materials; perform assembly, firing, processing, and post-processing tasks.
Support laboratory testing, system integration, validation, and long-duration test programs.
Operate and maintain furnaces, test stands, laboratory equipment, tooling, and related process equipment.
Follow written work instructions, quality procedures, and process controls; suggest improvements when you see them.
Stage materials, components, and assemblies for downstream testing and production activities.
Capture data, observations, and process details fully and accurately.
Communicate status, issues, and handoffs clearly with engineers and teammates.
Troubleshoot equipment, process deviations, and experimental failures.
Keep the lab safe, orderly, and inspection-ready.

Proven ability to follow documented procedures and maintain high quality standards.
Strong documentation discipline and attention to detail.
Demonstrated ability to safely operate lab equipment and technical tools.
Bonus pointsR&D, prototype, or pilot manufacturing exposure.
Experience with furnaces, test systems, or laboratory instrumentation.
Background in materials processing, manufacturing, or assembly.
Familiarity with engineering documentation, testing, or quality systems.
Experience working in an early-stage or startup environment.
