Express Employment Professionals is looking for a Production Operator for 1st shift in Solon.
Shift: What You'll Do:- Operate and prepare fermentation reactors, including loading raw materials, inoculating cultures, and setting/monitoring temperature, pH, and other parameters through PLC systems.
- Collect and prepare production samples for quality control testing while following SOPs and protocols to maintain product quality.
- Clean, sterilize, and maintain production equipment, including reactors, tanks, pumps, and related parts, while maintaining a clean and organized warehouse/production area.
- Strong communication skills; both verbal and written
- Ability to identify problems and execute standard procedures
- Background in mixing, industrial liquid handling, or similar
