We’re seeking an experienced Mechanical Assembler to support the build of high-quality components and assemblies in a fast-paced bench assembly environment. This is a hands-on, detail-oriented role requiring strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to follow technical instructions, and a commitment to quality and safety. Candidates with experience assembling mechanical products, equipment, or complex consumer products are encouraged to apply.
Responsibilities- Read and interpret schematics, engineering drawings, bills of materials (BOMs), and work instructions to accurately assemble components and subassemblies
- Perform bench-level mechanical assembly using hand and power tools, ensuring proper fit, alignment, and functionality
- Assemble mechanical parts and components with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Follow established safety procedures and company quality standards
- Complete work according to production schedules with minimal supervision
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
- Collaborate with team members and support continuous improvement efforts
- Perform other duties and projects as assigned
- High school diploma or GED required
- 2+ years of mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, manufacturing, or related hands-on experience preferred
- Ability to read and interpret technical documents such as schematics, BOMs, blueprints, or work instructions
- Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability
- Experience using hand and power tools
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate clearly
- Self-motivated with the ability to manage time and prioritize tasks
