Care Partner Part-Time

Position Overview

Care Partner (Part Time).

Location:

Solon, Ohio. Shift: Wednesday 7:00pm-7:00am. Start wage: $18-20 per hour. Sign on bonus: $1,000.

• Advocate of Empathy – create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.

• Proactive – assist residents with ADL activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
• Other tasks as defined by the Care Partner role.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Ability to read, write, understand, and communicate in English.
• Positive and energetic attitude toward residents.
• Computer skills to print documents and enter information about residents.
• Active – able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
• Ability to lift/move items up to 50 pounds.
• Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
• Clear criminal background check.
