Solon Pointe Assisted Living is currently seeking compassionate and dependable Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to join our team on a PRN basis!

PRN | Flexible Scheduling | Assisted Living Setting

As an LPN in our Assisted Living community, you will provide compassionate nursing support while helping residents maintain comfort, independence, and quality of life in a warm and supportive environment.

Responsibilities Include:

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor resident health status and report changes appropriately

• Complete accurate documentation and charting

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, physicians, and team members

• Support caregivers and assist with resident care needs as needed

• Promote a positive, safe, and welcoming environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Current Ohio LPN license in good standing

• Assisted Living or long-term care experience preferred

• Compassionate and resident-focused approach to care

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• Dependable and organized
