Role
Full-Time Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)
ResponsibilitiesProvide direct nursing care based on individualized care plans, administer medications and treatments, perform resident assessments, monitor changes in condition, perform wound care and clinical procedures, maintain accurate documentation, supervise STNAs, and communicate resident status to the care team.
QualificationsNursing degree from an accredited program, current Ohio LPN license, CPR certification, ability to pass background check and drug screening.
SkillsCompassionate, dependable, excellent communication, clinical skills, and ability to work in a supportive environment.
Key DutiesDeliver quality resident care, support staff, and ensure compliance with care plans and clinical protocols.
